Housing research is the systematic investigation into any housing-related subject, from building materials to homelessness. Whatever its subject, the goal of housing research is to advance our collective knowledge, strengthen our housing sector and improve Canadians' quality of life. The outcomes of housing research affect the entire housing industry from builders, funders and suppliers to governments and consumers.
